The Indian Prairie Educational Foundation and District 204 recently honored Crone Middle School Physical Education Teacher Eric Williams with the A+ Award. You can watch the A+ Award team’s surprise visit to recognize Williams for “Making a Difference” below.

Crone Middle School parent, Michele Kapinus, submitted the nomination and described Williams as a teacher who has the ability to make learning fun and engaging. “Mr. Williams is an exceptional teacher that builds rapport and makes positive connections with his students and parents alike,” Kapinus said.

Williams has been teaching in District 204 since 1993 and at Crone Middle School since 1998. He shared that he truly enjoys his role as an educator. “Every day is different, and this age group of students is really special and fun to be around,” Williams said.

Wells Fargo Advisors is partnering with IPEF and District 204 to help recognize one staff member each month for making a difference for students. To celebrate these outstanding staff members, Wells Fargo Advisors is donating $500 for the staff member to use in his or her school.
